I have a 03 g35 sedan paint color desert platinum metallic.i want to repaint the wheels to original color.can someone tell me what that clor is?

As far as I know, I've never seen the OEM paint color of wheels published by Nissan. I think they assume that damaged or scratched wheels will get replaced. If you're buying rattle cans at a parts place, it's probably going to be easiest to ask them to take the lids of several cans that look close outside and match it as close as possible.

The dealerships use the mobile chip and scratch people to repair wheels, but I assume they have figured out how to match the paint colors or have some sort of database they use.

Yeah, the color is not published anywhere. Places that do wheel repair get pretty close but they seem to mix their own colors to get that close match.
