As far as I know, I've never seen the OEM paint color of wheels published by Nissan. I think they assume that damaged or scratched wheels will get replaced. If you're buying rattle cans at a parts place, it's probably going to be easiest to ask them to take the lids of several cans that look close outside and match it as close as possible.
The dealerships use the mobile chip and scratch people to repair wheels, but I assume they have figured out how to match the paint colors or have some sort of database they use.
