I'm currently trying to decide if SRV's Little Wing is as good as the Hendrix version... not as if that debate probably hasn't been beaten to death by other people for years.

Just found out my favorite band released a new album. I'm very excited!!!!
Album was released only in Japan for now, so I have to order one soon. This guy used to play Fender, but seems like he got the endorsement deal with DEAN. I didn't like the shape first, but now I think it's pretty cool looking. SG + Flying-V!!

In my book, SRV's version is just as good as Jimi's. Very different, but definitely just as good.

Payday Monsanto -The Complex
http://www.crossroad.to/articles2/05/dialectic.htm

"People avoid the truth because the first bit of truth uttered and lived would draw more truth into
action and so on indefinitely, and this would rip most people right off the customary tracks of
their lives. But people, basically, know what is true and what is not, even if they so often render
help to the lie. They support the lie because the lie has become a crutch without which life would
not be possible. Therefor, in common human intercourse, the truth, and not the lie, is suspected
as being phony." - Wilhelm Reich

While viewing this thread im at this moment listening to "Manufactured Citizens" by Civil Disobedience

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NdHX7wCPAbU
The very existance of flamerthrowers indicates to me,that at some point, some person said to himself,"Gee, I sure would like to set those people on fire over there. But I'm way to far away to get the job done. If only I had something that would throw flame on them." Well, it might have ended right there, but he mentioned it to his friend. His friend who was good with tools. And about a month later, he was back.WHHOOOOOOOOSSHHH!
