S13 btw,
After pulling out my wet moldy carpet I found that the water was running down the seam behind the ECU. I suspect the drain tubes from the sunroof to be responsible. I've already checked the rear drain hole (goes straight down the B pillar area and is easy to follow), it checked out just fine. The forward drain tube, however, the one that runs down inside the A-pillar is difficult to follow. Anyone know where this drain spits out? Also, Ive got another mysterious tube which seems to start in the same area as the rear B-pillar drain, it's smaller and runs along the side rocker panel on the inside toward the front of the car. Where does that one end up?
If I've confused anyone I can take some pictures.

The smaller one might be the one for the rear washer nozzle.

This is the drain i suspect isn't flowing correctly and causing the leak behind the ecu. Where should that end up?

If it is a hatch then that is the rear washer line.

Yup, hatch and yea you guys are right, definitely rear nozzle for washer. But what about that thicker tube down the a pillar? Thats the one thats leaking I think and I can't find where it's supposed to run. If it rains for too long I end up with a pretty good amount of water in the passenger area. Pouring down from behind the ecu.

Look under the rocker panel/fender area on that side, you'll see a hole in there. That's where it should be.

Thanks for all the help guys, I snaked a cable down the tube and found it wasnt clogged. In all that searching I did find the problem. Sideways570, you nailed it. The bundle of cables going through the passenger wheel well have a rubber seal, mine was pulled back and ziptied up to be further away from the tire. This car is filled with cheap fixes which end up doing more harm than good... It was a pita but i got it to pop back into place, 90% sure this will fix my leak problem.
