That is the entrance to the paddock at Fuji Speedway. Judging by the clothes people are wearing, it's early to mid winter, which means this was most likely taken at NISMO Festival in January.
I've been on that staircase right behind where all the cars are coming in.
The sound of a tuned S20 in those GT-R's is magical.
