Hi guys I'm trying to get in on a 2004 gold qx56 with 99200 miles. The dealer is asking $16000. Kbb tells mits a good price but you guys as prior owners what do you think? And also might be an issue, when I put in reverse the nav screen goes black showing only the colored lines. The dealer guy tells me its normal, but I don't believe that. Please help me out.

i would not get a 2004 armada or qx! poor brakes, creaky plastic were some of the issues on those years. 16K is too much in my opinion.

no when you put the car in reverse, the backup camera comes on! if its black that means the camera module is not working.

based on that lie i would not purchase from them.

if you are set on this particular car then yeah for sure work the price down. I just think 16K for a 04 is a lot of money.

Definitely ask about the brakes, manifolds, and the self levelling rear suspension. the engine is strong as is the transmission but look into those and feel around inside the car for cracks in the interior. also , hook up a diag tool to the OBD port to see if any codes are present.

Well My wife an I where looking at a black on black 06 qx56 buy we didn't like the.interior The black leather was.very bland an had.no.shine.looked.like.old leather, also there seem to.be stains all over the ceiling and just wasn't.very well taken care of. An the price for.that was 20 thousand. I will definitely check.for.codes, an what do you mean by cracks.in the interior??? And how do.I.check for.the self.leveling suspension? I am waiting to.sell my.Lexus gs400 I currently own an if.I can sell it I will be.moving up to the qx56.
