Hey guys,

I'm hoping somebody here can help me with the valuation of the active suspension struts off my Nissan President. 1991, 107,xxxkm (Like 64,000 miles). Fronts have no leaks, are in 8/10 condition, no issues that I can see other than cracked dust boots, but no leaks.

The rears leak a little bit, and have similarly cracked dustboots to the fronts. They still function very well, and you may well be able to rectify the issue with new dustboots.

So...what're they worth? Is anybody out there interested in these? They'll be out of the car and ready to ship by friday if anybody's wondering... :naughty:

Even if you were to give them away the shipping alone would deter anyone. With the Q growing increasingly rare especially the active ones, they are essentially worthless. The other active components may be worth something to the right buyer

The 96 to 2002 phg50 and jhg50 active equipped presidents evolved drastically. If your president is a 90 to 95 it should be direct fit on an active usdm q45.

that was a serious question...those ususally fail at around 75-90k, the work and installation time alone would deter anybody from doing it.

What are you planning to do after you remove the suspension, are you parting the car out?

If somebody needed a cheapie set, I figured I'd offer. Of course it's better to buy new, but that's not always an option right away haha.

I'm swapping it over to coilovers, and looping the active suspension pump. One day it will have air ride.

If you want to offer them for sale here on NICO, you'll have to post them in the CLASSIFIEDS section.
