Ok... all you FGY-33ers!!! ... Please add stuff in the comments section if I missed anything... I know I missed the part where you disconnect the fuel pump fuse to re-pressurize the gas line... Keep it constructive people!! :) It's not exhaustive, but should give good guidance along with previous write-ups and the FSM. Yes, I sound monotone... I almost put myself to sleep while screening it before uploading... :lolling: Moderators... can you please sticky this???

nice! on the lower plenum runners to the head, that is a pain with the gaskets. This is one area where the VH45DE and the octoplenum (with it's 8 individual lower runners) is easier. What I did on the VH41DE (since I hate anything but a dry fit on those gaskets) was to loose place the lower gaskets, and then take long-ish (like 6") #2 phillips and drop those in the 4 holes that go with the slotted lower runner seats. then place the lower plenum with the tooling guide pins in place, hand start a few bolts and then pull out the screwdriver locating pins and replace the last 4 bolts. The fuel hose between the rails that goes through the lower plenum is a lot of fun also. probably the two worst parts of the job imho.
the upper plenum is really a piece of cake on this engine. Waaaaay easier than the VH45DE.

Thanks for the videojournal and my compliments on your lower plenum cleaning prowess. I'm just as anal, but many are not.
