My original intent when I first bought my Rogue was to get a new head unit. However, I decided to try to save some money and went out and purchased the USA Spec - PA15-NIS Ipod Adapter. I did a lot of research on this (so I thought) and every place I looked said that it was compatible with ALL RADIOS in the Rogue. WRONG!!!

For anyone who is considering purchasing the USA Spec - PA15-NIS Ipod Adapter, please be aware that your radio (stock unit - not an after market radio) MUST BE EQUIPPED WITH SATELLITE RADIO. Don't pay attention to what their website (or any other website says). Don't even pay attention to what their user manual says - I spoke with someone from USA Spec and he said that the manual is wrong. If you want to use this iPod adapter, you need satelite radio in your vehicle.
