Ok so I read the sticky that has the spring rate info and the strut reboud and bump rate. The reboud and bump rate is the thing you are adjusting on an adjustable strut right?? But about the spring rate how do you know what spring rate to go with, it seems like a trade off. You loose traction to resist roll, or vis-versa. Is it still to your advantage to increase spring rate up to a point and after that point you are just screwing yourself or is there no way to calculate this?

Thanks Jarrett

It depends on what kind of surface you want to tune your suspesion to work best on. If your roads are smooth you'll probably do better with higher spring rates. On the other hand, if your roads are bumpy and rough you'll probably do better if you stay closer to the lower stock rates.
