I have been having trouble finding info for my specific needs, and was hoping to get some insight here. My bud back home came across a 95 skyline r33 gtr for sale in washington, and is really considering buying it. haha, I can't believe I forgot to add what I was looking for.

He is wanting to register and title it. The info I have is that is has a bill of sale, A Japan Deregistration form and right now is listed as an off road vehicle.

Good advice, not to mention read the sticky "So you want to buy a Skyline in the US...."

so they are seizing more? I remember reading about something similar a year or so ago, and I had warned him that this could be a problem. so far today he has been in contact with the local dmv where he lives and has been asking for specific information. I honestly think he is going to be out some serious cash, but I can't seem to sway him. I figured I would try to at least find out as much as I can to help if I can.
