Welcome to NICO.

The Vehicle Speed Sensor (revolution sensor) is located near the top of the transmission on the side nearest the firewall (close to where the driver side axle goes in). It is held in by a bolt and then twists out.

on page 121

Also look at previous years models. I know on the
95 and 98 Maximas you can take the part off and
turn it while measuring voltage or resistance
