transmission cooler hose mix up?

I just installed a cooler and bought a 3/8th fitting cooler w/ hose and extra hose, turns out the hose included with the cooler was 5/16th instead of 3/8th and since i was in the middle of installing it when i discovered this i went ahead and used it (the cooler is 3/8th). My question is should i be concerned with my flow rate or will pressure compensate for the reduced diameter line???

The factory piece I removed appears to be 5/16th's so that answers the question.It seems the cooler manufacturer uses 5/16th with 3/8th fittings to insure a tight fit.
