18" Wheels fit over sport brakes?

I have a 2015 Q70L 5.6 I bought used last year. It came loaded including the 20" wheels and sport brakes. I'm underwhelmed with the wheels. Have had numerous scrapes on the wheels and today the dealer found a bulge on the front tire along with a minor scratch. Car also rides rough. I'd like to change to one of the OEM 18" wheels but cannot confirm if they will fit over the sport brakes. Either the 10 spoke OEM on the L or the split 5 spoke. I figure the larger sidewalls on the 18's will ride better and get the wheel further away from the curbs! Does anyone know FOR SURE if the factory 18" wheels will fit over the sport brakes? Thanks!
