I finally have a bit more time to work on my car so i thought i would come here first

92 240sx KA24DE
Problem-Running rich..12.5

Setup

Sr20det turbo-No shaft play at all, pretty much brand new
fmic (no leaks)
fpr 34W/Vacc and 42W/O
walbro 255
370cc injectors
full 3 inch exhaust, aem wideband is on the downpipe far enough away from turbo
E mance Ecu

Well the first couple times i drove the car it ran pretty well, couldnt hit full boost though..only about 5 or 6 psi
The next day i took it out and it was running really rich.(11.5 or so) I tried to do lots of searches and did all i could(changed several spark plugs and compression tests, checking injectors) My compression was almost 180 through all 4 cylinders and never off by more than one of two. Well i have been playing with it off and on and nothing is seeming to work.
The other night I was looking for my consult so i could check things out and it turns out there is some strange wiring goin on in this car and i could not find the consult....at all...I have checked by the ecu and under all the panels in the dash and engine bay and nothing. I i ordered one. Not quite sure where its gonna go though if i can wire it up to the ecu harness or what?? Any help would be great on that.
Well the car was running so rich that i have had to change the oil and it reeked of gas. I have pulled the plugs and the fuel rail and everything is fine there. The car does not bog out and it idles at aprox 7-800 rpm.
After a little while tonight i heard (i think) the timing chain click a bit. Then i revved it up a bit and it seemed to be clicking a lot. I did have white smoke but since then, i have replaced the turbo there is no more at all and its not taking a bunch of coolant. Compression is still consistent.

I know this is a lot of into to take in but im lost guys..Is it just as simple as the ecu or what are some more things i can check? Thanks for any help..
Nate

The cunsult port in by the fuse box in the drivers kick panel. It looks like this...

Why did you change out the turbo?
White smoke is water, grey smoke is oil and black/very dark smoke is fuel.

Emance ECU's are always suspect. Pull the ecu cover and make sure the chip is soldered in place real well.

Is the factory O2 sensor installed and hooked up?

I have looked all over the place and there is no consult. I have spent hours looking and have had two other guys look as well.
I changed out the turbo because it was blown, it was more grey than white and i was told that a blown turbo will make that color. Ever since i replaced the turbo there hasnt been any smoke. The turbo had a lot of shaft play.
I have pulled the cover and its still in place
I purchased a new O2 sensor and that is hooked up

boost leak test is my thoughts if you are not making full boost. You can just run the consult plug from near the ecu I find it better there anyways.

Have you pulled the rail and primed it to make sure no injector leaks?

Ok thanks...I googled that but i couldnt find much. If you find the link please let me know. I would be very grateful.

A little update. I took the magnaflow cat off so just the downpipe is on there right now and the wideband was reading between 13.5-14
I have also been in talks with Martin at RS-Enthalpy and he said that at idle i should be around 13.5-16. I know im new at this but does this seem like a very wide range???

Anyone know if this is possible. is it possible to have a ka24de with a sohc harness???...Im a little curious because i have looked all over and i have no consult. i got a new knock sensor and there is none. There is a lot of shady wiring. just wondering if it was possible. I still have the vin numbers on the car so i know it was meant to be a ka24de. Thanks

I've never heard of anyone using a SOHC harness, not sure why you would either. Is there a knock sensor on the block and no connector on the harness?

I was just wondering about the harness. I have had a new friend come and look and he cant find the consult either. We looked at his 92 and the interior harness is completely different.I have lots of unplugged connectors and such (ill take pictures). I spoke to soon on the knock sensor I was looking in the wrong place. Its obviously there....Im pretty sure im really rich condition is because of a crappy rom tune and a lack of places to get a nissan tuned around here along with all the egr removal...Its mostly Honda and American muscle around here...Ill get it figured out eventually. I just got a new Cometic Head gasket and a few other parts for the intake mani to block off old hoses and such from leaking....Im learning as i go and i really appreciate all the help. This will be the first place i come if i need help. Thanks guys and ill be posting pictures soon

EGR removal doesn't effect the tune as long as there aren't vacuum leaks as a result.
