Hey all!

I'm looking to tint the rear windows on my DD wagon (tired of working with the piece of carpet that hides my stereo). It's a rusty beater Honda accord, so I don't care if it's not perfect, I just don't want it to be noticeable that I have something of value back there. I won't be doing any windows that open, just starting at the quarter and back.
My rear defrost does still work and I would like to keep it that way...

Here is what I'm thinking of picking up:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/8-PCS-ADVANCE-S ... ed&vxp=mtr

And:

I have checked around and I could pay to have this done for as little as 110, but I would like to save 75 bucks.

Tips/thoughts?

I'll just say this:
I have NEVER seen a non-professional window tint application that didn't look like complete garbage. If it doesn't bubble, it hazes. And if it doesn't do one of those two now, it'll do it later. For $75 more I'd just get it done right and not look back.

Totally agreed!

This is one of those "penny-wise, pound-foolish" moments. :yesnod

:werd:

Tinting windows is somehow really hard. I don't know if it's the quality of tint that professional companies use or something in their methods. Every DIY job I've seen looks like s***.
