Make sure you are on TDC of cyl #1 on the compression stroke. You might be on tdc #1 of the exhaust stroke. Make sure it's the compression stroke, then realign the CAS and pop it back in.

Easy way to do it is take out all the plugs but cyl 1. Turn the engine over by hand until it gets hard to turn. Then you know you'll be on the compression storke of #1

More than likely it's in the way you have your ignitor wired. I mentioned in a thread of yours about how my car had the ignitor wired up backwards. The simple fix was to trace the lines from the ECU to the ignitor, figure out which pins they come out from the ignitor and then wire up the outgoing plug correctly to the harness.

If its 180* out, pull the valve cover off and set everything up to 0* TDC on the Crank pulley and make sure the Cam gears have there marks in the 10 and 12 position i think it is. Then install the CAS.

When the timing is 180* out, it means that the CAS was installed when the #4 cylinder was at TDC instead of #1 cylinder being TDC. The only way to be sure about the timing is to pull the valve cover off and put the crank pulley at TDC and have the cams at the 10 and 12 position. This would make the #1 cylinder at TDC and then you can install the CAS by aligning the slot on the CAS to the front dot and as you slide the CAS in it should align it to the 2nd dot. Then set the timing using a timing light to 15*.

Then your timing isnt 180* out. If the ignitor was wired up wrong, the coilpacks wouldnt get any power to fire the plugs. If you got it started than its getting spark so it shouldnt be the ignitor.

It's possible to get the ignitor wired up to where it fires the coil packs 180 out. I've had this happen before. The quick fix solution was to roll the CAS 180 and reinstall until I could get into the wiring to fix the real problem.

Post up how you wired the ignitor. It's very possible to have read HT's document backwards. I've been meaning to post up a better picture on how to wire it. I've used the HT pinout very successfully in the past.
