Timing belt tensioner replace whole thing?

Hey guys,

Do you need to replace the whole timing belt tensioner assembly, or can you just replace this part and the pulley/bearing??:

Typically most people just replace the whole thing, since its not to much $. I imagine there is a way to replace just the bearings/pulley though.

Where do you guys buy yours from? I always see them for like $180+

I just googled it (13070-45V04) and I found one new OEM for 147. But MSRP is around 180 so that is a normal price.
