I want to do this soon. I read the write up on this Plenum Removal and what hoses to remove when I have it off but I didn't quite understand what how you route the coolant to keep it in cycle with the system since you bypass the throttle body coolant hoses. Any info is appreciated or pics are even better.

This is the pic that I was referring to

keeps them from leaking.....it may be what's leaking now. Keeps me from having to pull the Plenum back off in the future........I live in florida so I don't need the coolant hoses that go to the throttle bodies because it never gets cold enough here for them to stick.

I originally posted these up for someone else, somewhere else. The first two pics show the lines that have to be reconnected, to close the loop and bypass the t/b's.

In this pic, you obviously want to replace the old hoses with a new piece going from the two hardlines.

Besides the t/b bypass, you'll also want to replace the two old hoses pointed out in the pic as they will eventually leak too.

On my motor, in the pics, since it is not in a car, I will completely eliminate the need for any of those hoses by pinching the metal tube ends closed and then weld them up.
