The Car won't let me out.

When I press the unlock button all the doors unlock except the drivers side. Once all the doors are unlocked I can't even manually unlock the drivers side door. I have to lock the doors then manually unlock the drivers side door then push-button unlock all doors every-time entering and exiting the machine.

Very embarrassing with Valet!

I'm trying to figure out how to remedy the issue but I need a better understanding of the functionality of the door.

So I took the door panel off and the mechanism is behind an additional panel. After taking that panel off I still can't even see the mechanism attaching to the Drivers side door locks. I'm sure i'll have to order another from Infiniti but I don't even know what the darn thing is called. Any help?

Something similar happened with my '10 Navara. When pressing the unlock button all doors unlock except the driver door. I also took apart the door panel and had a look at the mechanism, fortunately I could see the mechanism in my Navara but I still had to call on a locksmith blackheath to check out what was actually the problem. They had a look at the clogs ad everything but they managed to fix it, turns out something was just stuck in the drivers side preventing it from unlocking.

Could also be the weather, a mixture of hot and cold weather does cause these moving parts to play up from time to time. Was surprising since my car is only 2-3 years old and I'd expect better quality from Nissan but it seems the problem was isolated and hit and miss.
