I haven't posted much on here, but wanted to thank all of you that have, and for the valuable information I have garnered.

Based on information and recommendations here, I recently purchased and installed a set of Tein H-Techs along with KYB struts and shocks.

Man, what a difference in ride and handling! It has the right stance, and rides just a light touch firmer than stock, corners far better and no longer feels like a Buick at speed.

Again, thanks all! :bigthumb:

congrats!!! glad to hear...I had done the same on my car (M35 sport) but there is another thread questioning if the KYB's would be good with the M45 -- you are proof of this now....I believe the KYB's (excel G's) are the same for M35 & M45....enjoy!!! :dblthumb:

Thanks so much for the comment. I too did notice that the KYB app is the same for both the M35 and the M45. The H-Techs only list M35. I thought this a little odd, as I am assuming the M45 is heavier in the front end due to the bigger motor. I can tell you brake dive has significantly decreased also. Has that been your experience too?

yes...anytime you lower your car (lower the center of gravity) you have an increase of handling, braking and putting power to the ground....all works together...I've always been big on lowering my cars -- from full slam or just a little drop -- the H-techs were perfect for me -- I drive with my family and sometimes clients, so I needed to keep the ride comfort, but still have the improved handling... I may just get another car for my daily driver and upgrade to coilovers for the M... still shopping around. BTW, you'll love the improved handling during the wet season as well...

Yes I agree, I cannot remember the last vehicle I owned that I didn't lower. Last one was a 2005 Magnum on KW coilovers.

I too find the H-Techs the perfect drop, while still maintaining ride quality. As far as wet season handling, that's good to know as I live in Washington state, so that will be a factor 9 months out of the year.

Replied, Kermit! I did take one pic today; more to come if we get any decent weather.

Haha, well thanks anyways! I don't know, I kinda' like the stock wheels, and the ride quality. Maybe down the road.....

I would like a roof wing and a rear spoiler. I am trying to find a factory style rear spoiler that does not require drilling. Would LOVE to find a Factory body kit also, but I guess they are non-existent?

I found their kit on Ebay, but no mention of the material it is made of. None on their site, either.

I was told it's a mix of poly & fiberglass

I should be at Sarona this Sat (10am), my buddy wants to order a full kit for his Audi A6.

I called them today and spoke to Sabrina. She indicated both kits for the M's are fiberglass.

I speak to Danny the owner, which I'll see tomorrow.

Last time I went to pick up my roof spoiler he told me it was fiberglass mixed with something (I think he said poly). Even the roof spoiler is not 100% fiberglass, if it was it would crack when installed because of the bend it needs to make in order to form to the rear window.

The last time I spoke with Danny he gave me a price of $700 cash out the door (picked up at the store) for the 4pc kit for the M.

IMO the roof spoiler is the best looking one out of all, the problem is the price at $295 + $30 shipping but I was told $250 cash out the door (picked up at the store). This is the reason most buy the ebay roof spoilers (price).

I'll have some info as soon as I get back from the shop.

I would be curious to know how that goes tomorrow! Those prices are the best I have seen, enough to absorb some shipping costs.
Please keep us posted on your trip!

I just got back from Sarona and was able to speak with Danny. The shop was full with cars that are getting full body kits, even a few that are being made with wide-body & custom hoods.

The kit for the M's are made of fiberglass but also has something else mixed in it to make it some what more flexable, he didn't want to tell me as he stated it was a secret.

He does have a rear & 2 sides for the 2006-2010 M's, he had the front but sold it. He told me the front would be made some time this week.

All kits & roof spoiler are made to order and will take 1 to 2 weeks for them to be made, most parts in-stock at the store are for Mercedes & BMW (all high end cars). He did say he sold alot of M's part on ebay in the last few months as Infiniti has stopped making the aero kit.

Danny told me that his shop is almost full for the rest of the year, he has to many cars to work on and is preparing to go to Sema in Las Vegas soon.

He told my buddy that if he wanted to get his Audi A6 done he would have to bring it in by the 2nd week of Nov. and nothing sooner.

I asked him to please make more stuff for my M and he told me to call him next week. I asked him for a 1pc splitter for the stock OEM aero front spoiler, eyelids & custom lighted mirror covers. I also forgot to ask his to make a bonnet spoiler. I don't know if any of the parts will get done but I'll have my fingers crossed to get at least 2 parts made.

He was trying to get the the front fender with the vents done last year for me but he claims to not having enough time. He did take a few pics of my fenders and told me he was going to work on them for others.

If your planning to order anything from them don't wait too long!!! I was happy that Danny made some time just to talk to me.

Interesting. I am not sure how I feel about a fiberglass kit, and the fact that it is mixed with "something". Obviously they are doing something right if they are that busy, though!

Appreciate you reporting back in with your findings.
