I been driving my new car around alittle more lately, noticed the Suspenison / Tires lost its firmness is this normal?

What kind of work would you recommend to get the suspension / tires firmness back????

unless your tire pressure is low, not sure really what you mean. Need more details. Mileage? Do you have a strut leaking oil? When you push down hard on each corner, does the car continue to bounce up and down or does it immediately go back to a stationary position. My first thing to check is tire pressure though.

Day one from the dealership the drive on the road was very firm now drive feels like its loose, the car does tend to bounce down the road or maybe it just the road surface?? Mileage now is 1,400 ish.

What would cause a leaking strut??

too much speculation involved here. A leaking strut could be defective from the factory, hit a nasty bump etc. I really suggest you take it back to the dealer so they can put the car up and take a look.

Personally, I wish my suspension would soften up a bit. It hops over bumps too easily and makes a lot of noise on less than average roads.

If the ride quality has changed enough for you to notice it then there is most likely something wrong. I agree that you should take it to the dealer and have them look at it.

The stock continental tires are partially to blame for some excess road noise. When I swapped to different tires it got a lot quieter and rode much better. However, I went with a wider tire on the stock wheels and a different brand than what came from the factory.

Is there anything that can be done to soften up your suspension. The suspension on my V is very stiff even at 30 psi and tends to give a rough & uncomfortable ride on rough surfaces. You feel almost everything while driving. Any suggestions for a more smooth & comfortable ride is appreciated since the roads in Trinidad are terrible.
