hi, im looking at getting new tires, the time has come. i am looking at anything by michelin, bfgoodrich and uniroyal- i work at michelin and am getting my yearly freebies. my qx4 (01) is black and has no running boards, so any and everything gets slong up the side of the truck. i do want something that might look a little agressive, but not over the top. i was looking at the bfg RT ta's, the AT ta's, and michelin ltx, both m&s and as, though both are listed as an all season tire. my questions are who has had any of these tires on their rig, and how did they feel about them, compared to other brands? what would you recommend? i had AT ta's on my frontier, and loved not only the stance and look(i did go with 31's though) but the fact i got through anything i wanted to with them. the trouble with throwing them on the Q is they are 10lbs heavier than the others which means 40lbs of driveline weight before the ground, which eats performance as well as fuel mileage. these rigs are a pig on gas already, id rather not beef that bill up some more, but if people have run them and have input, please add it. im just looking for some input from actual customers or users of these tires, and suggestions if there are any others.
thanks for the input and suggestions!

I recommend BFG all terrains... had my current set for like 50k miles already, and i still trust them for traveling/off-roading internationally.

I just have a set of Yokohma Geolandar A/T-S 265/70/r15 installed. Forth set since drove off the dealer lot. By far, the best compared to previous BF Goodrich (Original), Michelin Cross terrain and Goodyear. Ragged look, compliant ride city/hwy, quite, good traction on Ice/snow. Just waiting to see how this will wear out over next 3-5 years.

I also have Yokohama Geolandar AT/S too. I like them much better than the getting-bald Geolandar HT/S set I had before. Great rain performance.
