stillen sport flushmount install

Im working on installing this wing. I've heard it was a pain to install but i just had a couple questions. I saw on twinz's wing install instructions they say to use some special type of silicon, no bolt are needed. Do you think this would work with the stillen? and also as far as the brake light goes do i need to get a tt 3rd brake light and wire it in and remove the na brake light panel? This thing is pretty thin so theres no room for any bolts.

you're installing it yourself? Are you going to do the painting as well? I'd personally have it painted first and just have the body shop install it while I'm there.
