I have a TT.. will the NA steering rack work? I have a wrecker that'll get me one for $50

Yes it will work, they are interchangeable. People might try to tell you they are different, but it's really just the steering ratio. The NA has a slightly tighter steering ratio, but it probably won't be enough to notice.
