hey I had the same issue with a g-35 I use to work for a auto supply company when I was in high school in the 80's
and I use to cut all the rotors and drums I would cut all new ones right out of the box (to true them)[ They are never the way they should be
even if you just bump them around it will throw them out I am a Operating Engineer and do all my own work so I put a dial indicator to check the run-out and the both rear rotors were out about .012 when both of them on the same end front or rear the proportional valve isolates' the front brakes from the rear so if one side will transfer the pulse from left to right so I had a local auto shop Napa cut them for me I stood by as the guy did it and took them from his hand as they came off the lath put them on with new brakes took it for a ride no more vibration. Also a small note I was little hard on the new brakes I like to get them hot then let them cool over night I find that it helps with the ware and noise a lot
