Hello all,
So my car didnt come with a spoiler and I would like to add one. I'm not exactly sure where the best and most "affordable" place to source one from so I turned to ebay.

I have an 06 m35 and would like to get one as close to OEM style as possible.

I found this...http://www.ebay.com/itm/06-07-M34-M45-S ... 00&vxp=mtr

It's unpainted but I don't think painting a spoiler is gonna cost me more than $25.

I say that becsaue here is a pointed one...
http://www.ebay.com/itm/06-07-Infiniti- ... 7e&vxp=mtr

Lastly, opinions on roof spoiler. yay or nay http://www.ebay.com/itm/Infiniti-M35-M4 ... ef&vxp=mtr

Well I def wouldn't buy something that I couldn't see. I was fortunate enough to have my car come with a spoiler. I did however, get my roof spoiler from ebay from a seller named car king. When I went to look for them however, I don't see them selling anything.
I would look at one that is painted.

This is an oem spoiler from an Infiniti dealer:

Biggest difference is that it's factory painted and it needs to be bolted on.

For some reason, certain colors are a LOT cheaper than others. I got a pearl white (or what not) color for $60 after shipping and will have a buddy repaint it to black for like $15 bucks. OEM spoilers.

Nice! You have a roof spoiler then. How do you like it? Looks professional? Did you also get it from ebay?

Thanks Arlo

I don't have an ebay roof spoiler as they look like an M5 replica trunk spoiler

I went with a Sarona roof spoiler, IMO best looking one out of all including the ones from overseas.

If you ever have plans to visit NYC you can get the Sarona roof spoiler for about $275 cash out the door.

I bought an ebay spoiler for my white M35 that I had at the time. It came painted already.
Ended up selling the car to my cousin before I had a chance to put it on.
Painted it silver and put it on my 45. I don't have any good pics, but you can see some pics in my photobucket... see signature below.
It uses 2 strips of 3m double sided tape. Hasn't loosened since I put it on.
It was less than $40 shipped from either China or Taiwan. There are American sellers selling the same product for $100

Arlo, Your probably talking about 'K23' Liquid Platinum Metallic.

I ordered the white pearl spoiler from the site and I'll just get it professionally painted. Shouldn't cost too much for just a simple spoiler that wont need taping off of an LED brake light and it has a simple shape as well.

Im not an expert but I don't believe Infiniti offered a roof spoiler. You might be able get get one on ebay or get the Sorona brand roof spoiler which seems to be popular around here.
