Man, that's gotta suck!

Yes, they are fairly common there. The museum is located less than 30min from Mammoth Cave Park, which is the largest network of caves and underground tunnels in the world. There is over 400 miles of tunnels and caves there.Bubba1 wrote:Are sinkholes common in Bowling Green???
Oh, you really do live a sheltered life. Conspiracy theories abound! Secret underground US Government/Military/Alien bases. The Illuminati. Pumping out oil leaves gaping holes. Glad no one was hurt, but these types of things are just so effin weird to me. Maybe because I'm partially ignorant to the science of it.

They should have waited one day to extract that one: "Ruby Tuesday" ?Kompresshun wrote:Yeah they also dug it "Ruby" today too, the 40th anniversary Corvette. It didn't come out quite so lucky, but still looks rebuildable.
Damn, what a catch. What'd they use for a lure?Rogue One wrote:Corvette ZR1 'Blue Devil' freed from sinkhole

You don't want that thing. It's a cobbled together prototype ZR1 with Z06 and base model Vette parts. It looks the part, but it's not a true ZR1.PapaSmurf2k3 wrote:I would do bad bad naughty things to that Blue Devil ZR1. Glad to see she made it out ok.
