Hey Guys,

I have had the SR20DET motor in my car for a few months now. The KA is on a pallet and under a tarp doing me no good. I thought since alot of you guys have been turboing this motor, that I would try to sell it on here.

It had about 162,000 when I did the swap. Everything was still running great and I never had problems with it. It would be a great motor for a rebuild, or to turbocharge it. Asking $450 for motor/tranny.

If anyone is interested please email me at [email protected]

I think 450 is a bit steep, especially w/ 162,000 miles (esPECIALLY if you plan to turbo it). I've talked to quite a few people, and they've agreed I'll get around $800 for my KA w/ about 65K miles on it.

Nick.

You guys are too funny sometimes. I said if you think its too much give me an offer.

How about you spend some more time learning how to read rather than ridiculing everyone that posts. Then you can read my rear license plate clearly when I pass you......

Oooh, I'm shaking in my boots. ;-)

I wouldn't pay more than $200 for it.

yup... im with the others on this one.. I wouldn't pay more than $200 or even $150 for that engine since it'll need a rebuild. Add the realnissan turbo kit they have to that (costs $2000) and the price of a rebuild (just parts) and that'll amount to around $2,500. You can pick up a front clip for that price and save time AND money

it's called offer him a deal unless he puts in the word firm or this is my price beotch or somethign to that extent

there was no point in flaming a perfectly innocent post. if you think it's too high, that's friggen great you genius you.

If he lived close so i could pick it up, i would be interested in a KA24E. Im getting ready to rebuild mine and would like a practice engine to tear apart first (or rebuild that one and swap them out). But im sure shipping would be DAMN expensive, so its not really worth it to me.
