So im getting ready to put coilovers on my car and decided to tuck the wire a bit higher. This is what i came up with. The only thing im worried about is the wire is still under a little bit at the end.I tried everything and couldn't get it on the top.

I've seen some people build a little plate out of sheet metal and bend it to cover that area, then just weld/bolt it in place.

Do as suggested or get some thick wire loom for that part.

I dont think i would be able to weld anything (No tools or know how lol) so i think im going to buy a thick rubber hose, wrap it around the wire and hope for the best

I've also seen other people just cut about an inch where the harness is closest to the fenderwell, and there should be enough space to bend it inwards so the harness can be movable upward.

just google: wire tuck s14

If you really wanted to though you could also cut and reroute the wires, but then you'd have to solder them and I don't know if you're up for that.

I agree. I think thats your best choice. That way you dont have to cut off any parts of the car, plus its easy.

cutting the wires and extending the harness would probably be the BEST way without welding or hacking up the fender well...i should've done that

I'm actually gonna have to do this on my S13 when I lower it another .5 inch to an inch. Is the best way to do it to take a big a** hammer to the seam that rubs on the tires and bend it outward, and then just pull the harness a little and ziptie so it'll be above the wheel well?
