the s14 motor use 370cc injectors instead of 480cc so you would need a set of 370cc or get a tune for 480cc injectors.808datsun510 wrote:hey guys thanks alot for your help. If i do run an s14 harness and coil packs with the s15 engine will i have to run an s14 computer also or can i use my s15 ecu? or does it even matter? some ying yang before me did a nice hack attack job and i figure it would jus be easier to replace the whole harness than rip my hair out trying to solder heat shrink and try replace all the broken connectors

Oh ok, I was not sure. I was talking to a shop while trying to figure out which motor I had.garagelu wrote:No you are wrong about the valve covers. S14 and S15 valve covers are the same. I know for sure you can put s14 coil packs in a s15 engine. My friend has a s15 motorset in his shop and I test fitted a s14 coil pack in there.
He searched for months for a s15 engine harness and had to get a friend of his in japan to mail one to him. I think it took a month or two. He didn't know you could use s14 stuff.
