I have a 95 Pathfinder and if i was to commission you to produce a hood would it match factory style? The cost would be round 4K$, more or less? If i want it with modifications could you handle that and what if any is the cost difference? How many orders would you need to reduce pricing?

I really cant solidify any sort of pricing details with you at this point. IF you had people lined up to buy the hood, then going down on the price would be a lot easier for me to do.

Now, if you wanted me to make any sort of modifications to it, its not (most likely) going to increase it from that initial price of 4k. Obviously when i say that i mean reasonable modifications. Anything that requires multiple pieces, large undercuts, sharp angles (produces air bubbles in part, takes a LONG time to remedy) would be asking a lot, and would take a lot more time and thus money.

But things like scoops, cowls, naca ducts are completely within our abilities. Really the sky and your pocketbook are the limit.

If you're really serious about this, shoot me an email and we can talk further. But rest assured, we can make whatever you want; factory fitment, with custom body work IN carbon fiber.

I've always wondered why something like this wasn't developed sooner. Good stuff.

I'll make anything for anyone for the right price.

I dont make them, and i dont know anyone that does, BUT if there is a market for them i'd love to make em.

Its tough, because i dont have an S14, but there are enough people around that would let me use theirs i hope. But i think a set of custom front fenders in carbon would be very spendy. We cant forget that now i have to get a hold of the stock parts, them modify them and perfect them, and then make a mold of it. A conservative estimate of this would probably be about 1000 dollars a side, just for the mold. I estimate the fenders themselves would probably go for another 800 a side.

If i could be guaranteed to sell at least 10 or 20 of these i might eat the 2000 dollars for the molds. Shoot me an e mail if you're still serious.

I really should have mentioned as i forgot to earlier in the thread.

But i dont just do carbon, i make fiberglass parts too. Its considerably less work to make a fiberglass part, so prices go down.

So for example, if you just really want "lighter wider" fenders, thats completely doable if 1600 dollars a pair is just too steep. But the cost of the mold still exists, so buyers also have to exist.

Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control, i am no longer able to produce this part.

The person that was currently interested in one has already be referred to the individual i made these parts with before, and any future inquires can be sent to him as well at haleyjohn174@aol.com

DjPantsSpecR was working for me. I have always been the guy making all these parts. Sunroof panels are the same price $400 bare with all holes drilled or $500 with new factory seal installed. If you want it with the seal, send me all the brackets from your sunroof. I will refinish them and install them too.

Thanks, John

No offense, but theres no way that center console can sell for $1000. The weave is all types of distorted.

That one is sold already. Some people want the distorted weave, some want it straight. I can make your parts anyway you want them, Straight weave, distorted weave, distorted weave in select areas of the part, any weave style, any color combo(carbon/kevlar), glossy, semi-gloss or dry.

That jet ski is amazing. You do some incredible work there! I really mean that, its top notch.

I'm still very interested in the sunroof panel, but due to me not getting this job the other day I still have to wait.

However, i could produce these things for cheaper, but the underside wouldn't be cosmetically perfect, and the top would look like dry carbon.

I could make this happen, and since i'd be using resin infusion it would make the part even lighter. If i get at least 5 people interested i would start making this. I would expect this to cost around 300, but i would have to finish one to see if it looked decent enough for me to sell.

If you are making this type of sunroof panel I would purchase it. Lightweight is my concern, Im not working on a show car so weave doesnt matter. Please let me know. Thanks.

I call it third for this. I would definitely consider buying this one over the 400. It meets all of my criteria.

Sorry to resurrect this thread from the dead, but...

Do you still make these? And did you ever make a Moonroof panel for the S13 Coupe (I'm getting rid of the motor and mechanism, and plan to seal it shut, so it doesn't need to retain the function).

Thanks, C
