Would i be able to use the KA24de rods with a flat top piston in a KA24e? the reason i am wondering is because i cant find any rods for the KA24e, but there are rods for the KA24de. they both had the same crank, so they are the same stroke, i would just have to have a piston to work with the other rod, wouldnt i??

Does that mean, changing KA24DE rod into KA24E, can handle more psi than just KA24E stock rod ?

No they are the same rod. It is possable Nissan made the KA24DE rod stronger. But I dont think so. If I were you call around to some machine shops in your town and find someone to forge them for you.

Well they are slightly difrent, the KA24de has a bushing at the top that alows the pistons more freedom keeping it from seizing at higher RPM. at lest thats what the machine shop guy said.
