Did you get everything with stock dimensions?  ...as opposed to .030 over

Did you have to put the rings in the cyl to check the end gap....or are they good to go because they're stock dimensions?

Nice work!  Did you take a compression test afterwards?

Approx. cost on the kit?

I made a video after I rebuilt the head and it smoked View My Video

Yeah, I stopped doing valve jobs without doing the bottom end too a long time ago.  A nice tight sealing head will just cause added stress on weak rings and you'll end up doing the bottom end sooner or later so you might as well do it all at once.  I notice that your radiator must not be from a 620 as the top hose nipple is on the wrong side.
