RB26 o2 sensor and maf ?

iv been searching for the answer for this an come up with nothing yet, but im wiring my RB26 up to my 240sx with a single turbo. my harness obviously has two 02 plugs and two maf plugs... do i have to have both o2 sensors? if no, does anyone know which wires i splice together to make it run right??? and now the maf... can i do the same to the maf plugs? or just leave one haggin/cut out???

can anyone help wit this?

unless the ecu is reflashed to disable the o2 sensors you must install both in the downpipe.
same goes for the mafs, gotta run both.

not to savy with the technicals on an ecu so... what do you mean by reflashed? i have a stock ecu and a apexi ecu with handheld tuner. nothing was mentioned about anything done to them when i bought them.

ok well iv looked deeper into this, an im just going to get a y pipe to utilize the two mafs and get a bung installed somewhere on the exhaust for the second o2. i thank you for your help Carl. btw does anyone have two rb26 o2 sensors an an extra maf they would like to sell me?

if you've got a PFC just source dual z32 mafs and call it a day.
you can also disable the o2 feedback on a pfc very easily so you wouldnt need to wire in the o2 sensors.

if you need a proper tune and are on the east coast in the mid atlantic region i work very closely with a shop that is a power excel dealer.

im mid north carolina area. an with the power fc i have can i delete one of the mafs? cuz i truly only need one... i would test for myself, but i dont have my car running quite yet... an im tryin to find as much info i possibly can befor i do get it running... which will hopefully be this weekend.

Just run dual maf..... Unless you want to max out your 1 maf at 300hp you need dual z32's. Or go buy a D-jetro power fc and run map. If this stuff is over your head take it some where and have it set up. Im sure you have a few dollars in the swap and it would suck for something you couldve avoided to end up killing your motor. Probably a good idea to send your harness off as well.

yea, i thought about that after i posted that, i am going to visit one of the local junk yards an get me a couple z32 mafs with the plugs. the rest of the harness is already wired up for my car so im good there. an yea, i have more money into this that i originally planed, but its well worth the money. and yes i am going to double check everything befor i even think about starting it for that reason... thanks both of you for ur help an information!
