NOt to sound like a jerk, but did you check the tech pages, there is a write up for rb25 into s13. I am not sure but that looks like the 8 wire plug that will need to be cut and soldered into the rb harness, again I am not sure, because I did an rb20 swap, but the Tech pages should be able to help you out.

This is a subject I know like the back of my hand at this point.

The plugs next to the fuse box are a large 8 pin Grey and a medium Brownish/Deep Red 8 pin connector (or 6 idk, its still pretty easy).

the two you are holding in your hand in the first picture are actually as followsLarger 8 pin connector is skyline Chassis power and smaller 6 pin grey connector is part of injector harness, and the other clip off to the side thats slightly broke is your VTC plug.

That one larger connector does not get used at all, the grey connector plugs into your injector harness. and the last one plugs into a solenoid that should be screwed into the side of the head.

If you trying to wire it yourself, which is what I believe your doing here... take a few minutes and look at these two articles.

Post back with more updates.

Email me if you get really stuck, I went through EXACLTY what you are going through right now

The Wiring DVD gives you a descent prespective on which wires to cut and splice but it would have been really helpful for the camera to zoom in and actually show upclose which ones, but Yuri did a good job none the less for laying out how to do it.

The dash interface also is really simple and I highly HIGHLY recommend wiring up your connector for the service port, that comes in SUPER handy.

who did the conversion on the upper harness?

I hope you didnt pay a whole lot as they left alot of loose ends on that harness.the rectangular plug in question looks to be the r33 fusebox plug...not needed dropping into a s13.smaller plug connects to the knock sensor sub harness located on the rb25 transmission harness, you need to strip this out of the rb25 transmission harness if using a ka lower harness.

The smaller 6 way gray connector is for the knock sensors and the air regulator. The cut light blue and black wires go to the air regulator and are in that same six way connector.

Six way gray wire colors:

3 black: grounds (2 are knock shield, 1 for air reg)
2 gold: these look like speaker wire, they are the knock signal
1 light blue: this is the air regulator power

The 8 way connector is for the injectors. (which is connected in the background of your pic)
