rb25det TPS "Open Circuit"

Hey guys I keep on getting Throttle position sensor code open circuit anyhow I ended up making its own earth because it use the same one as the water temp sensor which was also failing after giving them a separate earthing point the water temp sensor is now working But i am still getting the code for the tps I did a test with a multimeter They seem very strange :/ This is a series 2 tps

KOEO
---- Black/Blue stripe - Ground
---- Red/Blue stripe - 2.66v - 4.39v @ WOT I get 5.0v on this wire when unplugged.
---- White/Black stripe? - 1.5v - 3.9v @ WOT


Sensor bad or wiring?? I made its own ground in the engine bay ok? It worked for the water temp sensor? I also start to missfire @ 5000RPM which could be related?
