RB25DET cut issue at 4000 RPM

Hi guys,
I have swapped RB25DET S2 engine in ER34, i have really strange issue with fuel or RPM cut, actually car drives well unless i wont load it, at hard load with acceleration car make cut at 4000rpm as like it hits rpm limiter, does anyone had this kind of issue?
I wire engine not changing r34 wiring just adapt it, I try to change Map in ecu (I use nistune) but without success
I try t change Maf and even TPS from R34 but nothing helps
maybe anyone had same problem during swappng the engine ?
