rb25 reverse lights Wireing help needed.

I just got an rb25 1989 s13 and the only thing that hasnt been wired up is the back up lights. I know I have you use the reverse sensor on the trans but what do I need to wire up to it. Any help or pictures would be awesome. Thanks

its two wires from the trans...and two wires on the chassis...not terribly hard.
on the trans its a grey oval connector with larger gauge wires than the other sensor (neutral) and on the chassis its two green wire (one has a tracer) that are of the same size gauge as the trans sensor.

is the reverse switch the one sorta farther away from the other 2, that are almost on the top side of the trans? its connected. something else must be going on. lame

Just had someone remind me my reverse lights weren't working so I attempted to fix it today unsuccessfully.

I replaced the reverse sensor with a z32 one and it still doesn't work

What's weird is I have 2 plugs that both fit it underneath from the harness so I'm not sure which is the correct plug, but they both don't fix it when plugged in

From what I understand the way the reverse switch works is one wire is constant power when vehicle is on and when in reverse it completes a circuit and send voltage through the other wire to the reverse lights ?

If I'm right then does a z32 sensor not work? I can't get the other wire to give a signal voltage when in reverse.

What could be the problem?
