Ok I'll list all that I have. If anyone can give any advice for me please post. I have rb20 and s13 wiring harness, a friend will put them together for me. I have intercooler and pipes. Downpipe that will bolt directly to the turbo. Rb20 crossmember. Ka radiator and hoses. I'm going to take the hicas out of the rb ps pump.

I would get a better rad, the ka will work in not HOT areas, but if you live in a town that sees high temps you will need a better one.

I'm working on the same swap currently. Always running across things that I need, or things that need to be replaced. You can't really make a set definite list of items, its different for everybody. Is this a motor you just got? Look it over good. Replace anything that is even just slightly in question. All the hoses/vac/boost lines, gaskets, etc. Replace the timing belt at the very least (~20 year old belt....yikes). Get a look at the clutch. My motor was super clean inside and out, excellent compression, but the clutch and flywheel weren't so hot. So there was an unplanned $400...

A higher rated fuel pump would be wise, but get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator to go with it. As mentioned, the KA radiator isn't a good choice. Would be a shame to toast a new motor just cause you cheaped out on a new rad. And what are you doing about fans? I'm not sure the clutch fan will fit using the R32 crossmember, someone else will have to chime in about that. You'll also need heater hoses, or patience trying to modify some to work properly with no kinks.

I'm assuming your car is already a manual trans? Otherwise there is that list of swap parts...

Another thing to mention that isn't really posted on the swap guides, you're going to lose A/C. The KA lines don't reach the compressor. So you'll need new lines, or just take out the A/C system.

Good luck man. Just have patience and do things right the first time. Saves you headaches in the future.

When using the rb20 trans in the s13 the s13 non abs stock shaft works. It will not work with the rb25 transmission or in the s14 (not 100% on the s14).
