R32 Issues; AWD, Bogging, and Speedo

Car: 1990 Nissan Skyline GT-R

Trying to get the 1990 GTR R32 going well. These are the issues I am looking for help with:

1. 4WD light on dash is on. Appears to only be RWD currently

2. Engine bogs after about 4-5k RPM

3. Speedometer/Odometer are not functioning

Any thought/help/opinions on these would be very helpful.
