quick question 89+90 SOHC head

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

Is the head on a 90 KA24E completely identical in every way to the head on a 89 KA24E? Thanks.

Yes. I really cant think of a reson why they would have changed it. you could probobly even pull the head off of the pickup, or pathfinder with the KA24e, it just might have a difrent cam.

not all heads are the same. all 240's should be, but the truck motor i believe has the distributor mounted different. i know when ordering stock engines they ask about distributor mounting so just something to be aware of.
