How much can they resell for if it's fully operating? With everything needed to swap into a non-active: pulley, harmonic, pump, etc. etc.? If it's better off storing it I shall do that. Thanks.

You mean how much is the system worth as parts? In the very unlikely event that it's all functioning properly, you might have takers on individual parts, but it's doubtful that they're worth much. A lot of these systems were converted to standard suspension years ago. Unfortunately the number of active cars that are both still on the road, and in the hands of owners that care about them enough to pay for anything other than cheap gas and an occasional quart of "top off" oil are few and far between. :(
