problems i wouldnt have if i were smarter

Postby jbracy7 » Sat Apr 28, 2012 12:29 am

Update cars inside nowI have chosen to upadate this as it just seems to keep happening to me. i have a 94 gts type-m,my problem is this,i had the car completly dismantled and shipped to my house in what i thought was easy to move shipping crates, for the most part they were, engine\tranny no problem, susp, wheels, brakes easy.but then the chassis showed up, and its in a 20x10 shipping crate tied down siting on the frame, the whole long as boat ride, and the fenders, hood, trunk lid, etc. are scatterd about and i have no way of geting this f-ing thing out, cuz my driveway slants the wrong dawm way, uphill batle.i want to use wheel dollies and a whinch, but there is about 2-3inch drop at the door of the crate,i wish i was home when they droped this dawm thing off, help, flame, watever ps i have no friends that i trust to keep my baby a secert

06,12/the engine is dead.I took the head off and wanted to cry some thing want very wrong in this thing.thers holes in cyl 1 and 3. One rod was just staring at me,no piston no pin. I think that i made a horrible mistake in going it to this, and now I wish I that I had just waited for a better or different car, because I'm way over my head,

Wrong? Next you will say you don't want to make out. If my 180 was an SR20 I would KA swap it. Yes, purely to make people mad. Nothing wrong with the SR, just ome of their owner's attitudes. Ok, the valvetrain design is dumb, but other than that.

I stick with TMS, listen to your dad, put wheels on and push. A chasis with no engine or drivetrain, fenders, hoods, etc is really light. If you can't push it up the drive, You could ratchet strap winch it up the hill a little at a time placing a chock under the wheel after each stop.
