It's pretty simple. There are three bolts on the PS pump. One is a 12mm on the belt tensioner at the bottom of the pump. But, before you can turn that bolt, you need to loosen the bolt that clamps the tensioner assembly to the PS pump bracket. The second bolt basically locks the bottom of the PS pump in place once you get the tension correct. The last bolt is a 17mm and is at the top of the PS pump. Look for where the pump mounts and you will see it. Once you loosen all of those bolts and back out the tensioner bolt a good distance, the pump will be able to move. The PS hose tends to make it difficult to move, so you may need to apply some force to get it to move. (not a ton, but the pump won't simply loose tension like the alternator will).

Dam it's freken hard to replace. I removed the whole tensioner assembly because the thing would not even budge so I eventually removed all the bolts now when I ou the belt I can't push the pump back to where I need to put the top bolt on i can align it because of the belt on. What do I do?

The tensioner assembly should be able to push the pump back in place. Make sure you have the right belt, not too short. It can be a bear to get on, but once on, it should be easy to tighten.
