It's pretty simple. There are three bolts on the PS pump. One is a 12mm on the belt tensioner at the bottom of the pump. But, before you can turn that bolt, you need to loosen the bolt that clamps the tensioner assembly to the PS pump bracket. The second bolt basically locks the bottom of the PS pump in place once you get the tension correct. The last bolt is a 17mm and is at the top of the PS pump. Look for where the pump mounts and you will see it. Once you loosen all of those bolts and back out the tensioner bolt a good distance, the pump will be able to move. The PS hose tends to make it difficult to move, so you may need to apply some force to get it to move. (not a ton, but the pump won't simply loose tension like the alternator will).
