Ok so I really need some help. I have ichiba 5 lug hubs. I'm working on the rear right now. Its an s13. I can NOT get the old hub off. I took off all the brake stuff, took off the axle nut, took out the 4 bolts on the back, and it will NOT budge, at all, period. It must be so effin rusted on there I dont even know what to do. I pulled on it, pried on it, everything. I soaked it in wd40 when I was done messing with it tonight to let it sit overnight. Is there something I'm missing? Or is it just rusted solid? The only thing thats holding it on is the axle nut and the 4 bolts right? I tried for hours to get it out, and not even the slightest little movement. PLEASE HELP! I'd say get a BFH but I dont wanna mess anything up...

You may require a puller. Or, pry on the hub and hit the end of the axle with a SOFT hammer.

you can also use a blow torch and heat up the hub really good then hammer it out that always those for me,when im taking out axle or bolt off the heat make the hub expand..

Looks like your going into the axle housing....

If it doesn't come off, your gonna need to disconnect all your suspension links and crack open the axle housing to get it out. Sometimes the wheel bearing can get seated inside pretty good.

Good luck, its a pain in the ***.

drill a hole in it run a bolt in and then use a puller on it. Should pop right off.

thanks guys I appreciate it! I actually got a air hammer in between them and popped them off. SO...I got them off, got the new ones all, and realize both back calipers are seized. SUNUFFABICHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! lol AND! that the 5 lug lexus wheels I have, the center hole isn't big enough to fit over the center of the hub lol. So now I gotta get new rear calipers (or rebuild them) and figure out a way to open up the holes in the wheels. one problem after another lol. Good news though, whole it was all apart I got my coilovers on!

^WOW I wouldnt recommend that all. please take these to a machine shop and have them do it. it would be more precise than a dremel. a hole saw wont do it because the hole is already there. thats kind of what the arbor is for in the middle.

this is just a "mock up" of how they will sit. Studs are too short. Lugs have like 1 thread holding the wheels on lol.
