Here's my issue, I has some work done by a buddy, and all was fine and dandy untill a while ago. I have no spark, so I replaced the plugs, ignitor chip, coilpacks, I have been up and down this car for the past month or so.

The weirdest part of this, is when the ignition switch is on I test the wiring to the ignitor chip it and every wire is grounded, but when I turn the ignition off the wiring isn't grounded nor does it have power.

The car is a 1995 r33 gt-r vspec.
