Are there any US available cars that have compatible parts with a 1990 Nissan Skyline R32?

Looking for parts like:

suspension
brakes
drive shaft/cv axle

etc...

Yeah I have read through that and it is very helpful. I am specifically looking for front hub and drive shaft for my skyline and wondering if it was compatible with any US available car.

Anyone know if the suspension for a 1990 GTR would be found on any cars in the US?

How about wheel bearings?

Suspension, no, wheel bearings, no idea.

Then, too, if your suspension is blown, I'd just go aftermarket. Much better than stock GTR suspension.

Right, well aftermarket is just as hard to get as OEM in the states I feel. So I am looking for aftermarket for another vehicle that would work on the GTR.

I've been spending the last month looking through Internet sources for GTR parts and that's not true at all. Sure the small things like fittings and harness plugs are difficult to find but the major wear components and performance bits such as suspension are just as easy as any other vehicle. How much research are you doing? Between Canada, the UK, Japanese websites such as RHDJapan, and eBay I haven't run across a part yet that has been difficult to find except specific trim pieces. Some of them will cost you more in shipping and exchange rate but the parts are still at hand.

Do you have any suggestions for places to get suspension in the US?

There's no one source for good prices from what I've found. The first thing to do is to decide on which suspension you want and then start Googling different sites, forums and vendors to see who has the best price.

Thank you for that site.

Does anyone know if the R32 shares suspension with a 300zx?

Can't confirm for Z32, but no go for Z31. (us Z31 guys use modified S13 suspension)

Don't put trash like Megan Racing parts on your car. They're an American company that sells rebranded Taiwanese knockoffs of popular Japanese products. Not sure I'd trust any of the other sub-$1000 brands either. Save up your pennies and put in a Tein basic setup in your car, at the very least.

Tein is a big company and known for suspension products, and their stuff is fairly priced.
You wanted cheap coilovers so I suggested D2 and Megan, but I agree with kabob and that I personally would not use either.

For cheaper coilovers I personally would use Stance, and believe it or not they are made in USA and their shop is right in Illinois! Pay them a visit if you want, they have offered great support for the Z31 community. :yesnod

This! If you don't care about tweaking then, a good spring/strut combo will go a long way. I'm sure you've heard this all before.

From what I recall, some of the cheaper Tein items are from the same factories as the "Taiwanese knockoff" brands. Does it matter? Probably not depending on who you're talking to but, it's always good to be aware.
