getting code p1759 shift solenoid intermittent on an 03 g35 coupe with 85k. some times the cars goes into limp mode and other times it shifts fine. is replacing the valve body an option or the solenoids themselves any info would be great, i don"t want to go with a used unit.thanks

Before you change the whole valve body check a few of the youtube videos about it from Hiram Gutierrez. His page is called automatic transmissions. It shows how to fix the valve body yourself and it is not that difficult. If you can change a tire you can do this. The solenoids I saw they sell them individually at different internet outlets.
