Changed plugs and cyl. 5 coil pack at ~110K miles due to intermittent misfire, was able to get code for cyl 5 thankfully.
Replaced right bank camshaft sensor after it threw a code at ~135K miles
Recently started to get the intermittent misfires again so I knew a coil pack was going bad, made it to the auto store with the SES light on and had the code pulled, P1320 and the code for cyl 1, I don't remember what it is off the top of my head. Replaced cyl. 1 coil pack misfire issue fixed and both codes cleared.
While the misfire problem was going on I had another issue show up about three weeks ago. While trying to start the truck after sitting for five minutes after driving for 20min to the store with no issues it wouldn't stay running unless I kept my foot on the gas. I drove for five minutes like this parked and shut the truck off. Started it again and no issues at all no SES light yet. Two weeks later the problem is now consistent and I'm getting the P1320 code again. After about a week of driving to work and back ~10mile round trip, with the same thing after ~10-15min of driving idle drops and stalls if foot isn't kept on accelerator. Truck finally died on the way to work. Borrowed my buddy's code reader same code still, here's what I have tried so far.
Cleaned MAF sensor twice in the last month
Cleaned re tightened ground screws
Checked crankshaft position sensor resistance as well as swapped with new one to be sure
Swapped left/right bank camshaft sensors with a new one
Swapped camshaft position sensor with a new one
So my next step will be to try the follow the diagnostic procedure in the FSM.
I have found a few threads were people had similar issues but am all ears if anyone has any suggestions.
Thanks in advance for any help,
Ryan
