My friend has a 06 G35 has a code p0301 cylinder 1 misfire. He already changed the spark plugs. Still reading the same. Any advice please???

^^^ FSM links for G's. Look up the year/model and troubleshooting of codes should be in the EC pdf file. With the issue being only on one cylinder the issue could be the injector. All possible causes are listed in the FSM.
